These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and milion88 ("milion88," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the milion88 website, mobile platform, games, services, and all related features available at milion88.net (collectively, the "Platform").

• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law or the laws of your country of residence.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from the milion88 Platform for any reason.

milion88 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, or location at any time. Failure to provide such documentation within the timeframe specified by milion88 customer support may result in temporary or permanent account suspension.

To access the full range of milion88 services, you are required to create a player account by completing the registration process. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and Philippine contact number.

One Account Policy: Each individual player is permitted to maintain only one (1) active milion88 account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, different email addresses, or using different devices or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited. milion88 actively monitors for duplicate account activity. If duplicate accounts are detected, milion88 reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close such accounts, and to void all balances and pending transactions associated with them.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your milion88 account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password that is not used on other platforms;
• Never share your login credentials with any third party;
• Log out of your milion88 account after each session, particularly when using a shared or public device;
• Immediately notify milion88 customer support if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

milion88 shall not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials. Any activity conducted through your milion88 account — whether authorized by you or not — will be your responsibility until milion88 is formally notified of a security compromise.

Account Verification (KYC): milion88 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit government-issued identification (such as a Philippine National ID, passport, or driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed or upon milion88's request at any time. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may have their withdrawal functionality restricted.

Deposits: milion88 accepts deposits via approved Philippine payment methods including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other methods as displayed in the milion88 cashier from time to time. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100, unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotion. All deposits must be funded from accounts held in your own name — third-party deposits are not permitted.

Deposit Fees: milion88 does not charge fees on standard deposits. However, your payment provider (e.g., GCash, your bank) may apply their own transaction fees. milion88 is not responsible for fees imposed by third-party payment processors.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the qualifying deposit, subject to verification. The following general conditions apply:

• Withdrawals will only be processed to verified accounts in the player's own name;
• milion88 may require identity and payment method verification before processing any withdrawal;
• GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 10–60 minutes of approval during business hours;
• Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are typically processed within the same business day, subject to bank processing times;
• Minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 unless otherwise specified;
• milion88 reserves the right to impose maximum withdrawal limits per day, week, or month, which will be communicated in the cashier section.

Inactive Accounts: Accounts with a positive balance that have had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. milion88 reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee to dormant accounts, as communicated to players via email prior to any such deduction.

milion88 offers various bonuses, promotions, free bets, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion:

• Wagering Requirements: Unless stated otherwise, all bonus funds awarded by milion88 are subject to a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the specific promotion's terms.

• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials;

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Dispute Resolution Process: In the event of a dispute between you and milion88, you agree to first contact milion88 customer support to attempt to resolve the matter informally. milion88 will endeavor to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of first notification, either party may escalate the matter to formal dispute resolution. Any unresolved disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

Regulatory Complaints: Players who are unsatisfied with milion88's handling of a complaint may escalate the matter to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) in accordance with PAGCOR's published complaints procedures, where applicable under PAGCOR's regulatory mandate.
